The home is 1 house from the beach with direct beach access only 86 steps to the sand.  The beach is a no-drive beach, very quiet and secluded.  Your beach home comes fully equipped and nicely decorated with everything you need from 3 tv’s, 2 vcr’s, cd players, beach chairs, sand toys, ocean kayak, river canoe,  in screened porch, ping pong, foosball, library and enough kitchen equipment to make a chef happy, including barbecue grill.

Ocean/beach views abound especially from the roof top deck with lounge chairs and picnic table.  Views and ocean breezes are great also from your screened in dining area facing the ocean.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows:  Master bedroom w/queen bed & private bath & sliding glass door to screened in porch.  Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds with shared bath.  Bedroom #3 has a full size bed w/shared bath & sliding glass door to front deck.  The downstairs bunk/game room has bunk bed with full bottom and twin on top, large sectional sofa, ping pong, library and games.
    
The home is fully air conditioned, not that you should need it.  Ocean breezes and ceiling fans in each room keep house cool.

House rents for as low as $795.00 per week plus state  and local tax and a $110 cleaning fee.
