My two bedroom two bath ocean view condo is on the top 3rd floor a few doors the
elevator and laundry room. It can accommodate up to six guests. It's in an
oceanfront resort with an Olympic size pool (heated), a kiddie pool,
shuffleboard, covered picnic area, and oceanfront lounging deck. The resort is
in the preferred non-driving beach zone.
The oceanfront resort is located next to the 27th Avenue City park with a
lifeguard on duty. The park has restrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic area,
playground, and recreation area. |

This Deluxe two bedroom two bath condo has a beautiful ocean view from the
private balcony and both bedrooms. It has a new 42" High Definition LCD TV with
Cable TV programming and VCR/DVD player. Both bedrooms also have Cable TV/DVD
players. The resort has wireless Internet access. This condo is beautifully
decorated with tiled throughout. It has a well stocked kitchen with all major
and minor appliances, plus all utensils. |

The Master Bedroom has a king size pillow top bed, the guest bedroom has TWO
FULL SIZE BEDS, and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
