Our villa is open and airy with lots of glass walls, nicely decorated, completely furnish with comfortable and functional furnishings and tile throughout. This large, clean and up to date unit accommodates 2 to 6 people very comfortably. It’s configured so the downstairs is perfect for a second couple or for children to have their own 'space.' It’s the size of a 3- bedroom condo.

We are a small privately owned complex less than a 2-minute walk to the beach. Come and enjoy our quiet laid-back “Bed & Breakfast” style atmosphere. We, the owners live on site to make sure that everything is “just right” for our guest. We’re tucked away around the back of the building out of sight. Experience true Florida style hospitality.

PETS
2 Well-behaved family pets are always welcome…We have no weight restrictions.

Because we allow pets, we are “on site” owners and do all our own cleaning to make sure our guests always find a “squeaky-clean” unit when they walk in the door. Everything is clean when you arrive.

SMOKING
Is allowed on our covered balconies and in our courtyards. There is NO smoking allowed inside the villa.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Sleeps up to six people. Queen-size bed in master bedroom, double sleeper sofa in the living area, and a queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom

Our complex is located at 2300 S. Atlantic Ave. on the corner of 13th. and Atlantic Avenues. We are centrally located and convenient to all the shopping and restaurants.

CLOSE ATTRACTIONS
A short, convenient drive to all the restaurants and shopping in the area. Close enough to all the Central Florida parks and sights to see any one of them as a comfortable day trip. Drive to Disney for the day, St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Canaveral National Seashore (at your back door), Bok Tower, Turtle Mound, Silver Springs, Daytona Speedway (half hour), a variety of great golf courses, plus another endless number of things to fill your leisure hours. And don't forget the beach just a few short steps away.

Check-in is after 3 PM; check-out is before 10 AM.

We do allow 2 dogs or cats with no weight restrictions. Some insurance restrictions in reference to dog breeds. Smoking is allowed in our outside areas only, Balconies or courtyards.
