This spacious, beautiful home sleeps 8-10 people, making it suitable for two families vacationing together. It is situated in Indian Ridge, a well established, quiet, friendly neighborhood in Kissimmee, only 4 miles from the gates of Disney World. The total privacy and pleasant surroundings are ideal for relaxing between visits to all the many local attractions, while remaining close to shops, restaurants, golf courses and the nightlife of Downtown Disney. The villa itself is very private, yet not overlooked, and it's fenced yard backs up to a wooded area which includes orange trees. You will enjoy the impressively large pool and terrace offering a permanent gas grill and a covered patio area with furniture for sunbathing or outdoor dining.

Once indoors you will appreciate the ceiling fans, air conditioning, and spacious rooms. There is a fully equipped Kitchen including Breakfast area and adjacent Family Room, with TV/VCR, which opens onto the Pool & Patio area through sliding glass doors. Also find a Dining Room and pleasant Living Room with TV/VCR/Playstation and a CD/Cassette Radio which can be played onto the pool deck. The Living Room also happens to include a sofa bed for added sleeping space.

The Master Bedroom suite includes a king bed, TV, large walk-in closet and master bath with two basins, step-in shower, towel heater and access to the pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space and is adjacent to the shared bathroom. The availability of king and queen bedrooms makes a two family vacation simple. Two further bedrooms include two twin beds each to accommodate four more people.

The Villa includes full laundry facilities, towels and linens, cutlery, table settings and cooking utensils, as well as a high-chair and crib. Also featured is a game room with Pool and Foosball tables, Air Hockey and a Dart Board. All in all, everything you need for a relaxing, self-catered family holiday in the sun to suit all ages.
