The Beach Place is a small resort of tropical garden beach cottages located at
Siesta Key Beach - 30 seconds to the sand and 10 - 15 minute walk to Siesta
Village. We have a lovely pool with tiki cabana wet bar for the guests to
entertain at, beachfront picnic and BBQ, poolside BBQ, plenty of pool patio
tables and lounge chairs, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach
towels are provided. Our on site laundry is free. These are well maintained,
well stocked housekeeping cottages with full kitchens. Smoking is outside only.
We require a $100 - $300 reservation deposit. Rates do not include tax. We do
not charge an extra cleaning fee. Daily and monthly rates available April thru
Jan., rates determined by which cottage you choose and length of stay. Holiday
rates may be higher. Discounts for larger groups renting more than one cottage.
We are pet friendly to friendly pets. We require a $100 pet damage deposit which
is refundable upon check out. Some breeds restricted.
Beach Place Cottages & Rates
The Coquina - one bedroom with queen bed, high boy dresser and small desk in
bedroom, living area has tropical rattan queen sofa sleeper with matching TV
chair, 19”color TV can be watched from living and bedroom, kitchenette, 2 person
dining set, bath has stall shower and lots of counter space, central
air &wall a/c, ceramic tile floors, lovely view of pool with French doors that
open to the pool deck.
Winter - Jan. $650 per week, Feb.- April - $1000 per week, Summer - $550 per
week, Fall - $500 per week plus tax.
The Seahorse - one bedroom with queen bed and large
dresser in bedroom, living area has tropical rattan queen sofa sleeper, 25”
color TV in armoire, 4 person rattan dining set, kitchenette with full size
appliances including dishwasher, bath has stall shower, central air &heat,
ceramic tile floors, picture window in living room has pretty good view of Gulf
and sea oats, steps to the pool deck.
Winter - Jan. $750 per week, Feb.- April - $1100 per week, Summer - $650 per
week, Fall - $550 per week plus tax.
The Starfish - one bedroom with twin beds (can be
set up as king) and high boy dresser in bedroom, living area has tropical rattan
queen sofa sleeper, 25”color TV in armoire, rattan easy chair, kitchenette, 4
person rattan dining set, bath has stall shower, central air &heat, ceramic tile
floors, view of pool from living and bedroom, peak of the Gulf, steps to the
pool deck.
Winter - Jan. $750 per week, Feb.- April - $1100 per week, Summer -
$650 per
week, Fall - $550 per week plus tax.
The Dolphin - huge studio cottage with king bed and
queen sofa sleeper, two large easy chairs, 25”color TV in armoire, rattan dining
set, desk, high boy dresser, nice walk in kitchen with dishwasher, bath has
stall shower, wall a/c and heat, 3 large double sets of windows, refinished
terrazzo floors,
very comfortable, one of our most requested cottages, offers peak of the Gulf
and pool, steps to the pool. No pets in this cottage.
Winter - $1200 per week, Summer - $700 per week, Fall - $600 per week plus tax.
The Sand Dollar - very large one bedroom with two
queen beds, TV and desk in bedroom, private patio area off of bedroom, living
area has tropical rattan queen sofa sleeper, 3 wicker easy chairs, 25” color TV
in armoire, 4 person rattan dining set, big kitchen with dishwasher and back
door from kitchen
goes to pool and tiki cabana, bath has small tub and shower, central air &heat,
ceramic tile floors, large picture window in living room, steps to the pool,
this cottage is like having your own small house.
Winter - Jan. $900 per week, Feb.- April - $1300 per week, Summer - $800 per
week, Fall - $650 per week plus tax.
10% discount for all firemen, currently working or retired, this discount must
be mentioned at the
time of booking. We offer these discounts from May to Jan. on weekly rentals. If
you would like to include that please do. We also offer this same discount
to all active or retired military, police and sheriffs. ID for all must be shown
at check in to receive the discount, and as I mentioned - the discount must be
mentioned at the time of booking.
All parking is very close to your door, all cottages are ground floor.
