Our beautiful family owned villa is situated on the residential
development of Indian Point, Kissimmee and is fully air conditioned and
superbly furnished for the occupancy of up to 10 people. The villa has 4
bedrooms (2 en-suites) 3 bathrooms, Spa / Hot Tub, Pool, separate
Children's Pool, Games Area and High Speed Internet Access. It is ideally
located with Disney World just a 10 minute drive away and Orlando
International Airport being a 25 minute drive away.
The large kitchen with breakfast area is fully equipped to a high standard
and includes: - Cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave,
dishwasher, crockery, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and plastic ware for
use around the pool.
The large washing machine, Tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are
located in the double garage.
The formal dining area has a large mirrored wall, which enhances the
wrought iron glassed topped table and the wrought iron padded chairs.
The lounge with ceiling fan and three comfortable settees enable you to
relax and unwind. Digital Cable TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD and video player
with a selection of DVD's & videos are provided for your use.
Master Bedroom 1 with en-suite facilities, has a KING size bed, ceiling
fans, Digital Cable Television, Telephone, chest of drawers and a large
walk in Closet. The en-suite has Toilet, twin corner bath, twin vanity
unit and large shower cubicle.
Master Bedroom 2 with en-suite facilities has a QUEEN size bed, Cable
Television with DVD Player, telephone, chest of drawers and a large walk
in closet. The second en-suite has Toilet, large shower cubicle and vanity
unit.
Bedroom 3 is a children’s Scooby Doo theme room, which has a double bed
with a single bunk above, Cable Television / Video Combo and a Play
Station 2.
A single fold away bed is provided.
Bedroom 4 has a lighthouse theme room with Twin beds, ceiling fan, Cable
Television, VCR, Play Station and lights above the beds.
The 3rd bathroom has Toilet, bath with shower over and a vanity unit.
All bedrooms have fans, large walk in closets and drawer units. |

Pool Area. The large extended patio areas with table, luxury padded
chairs, loungers and stools enhance the 26’ by 13’ swimming pool. For the
safety and enjoyment of our younger guests we have installed a separate
children’s pool, and all doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for
added peace of mind. The pool is thermostatically controlled all year
round.
The Spa/ Hot Tub seats 4 people with lumbar support and multi-level jet
placement and 10 hydrotherapy jets (4 pulsation and 6 directional) is
heated 24hours a day unlike most in ground spa's/ Jacuzzi
Games Area. Along with the sports equipment provided for guests use free
of charge we also have a Foosball Table (Table Football), Air Hockey Table
and an electronic Dartboard.
The villa is fully registered and licensed with the Florida State Tourist
Authority and also has a Full security system, smoke detectors and safe
installed.
The villa comes fully equipped with every thing you might need for a
wonderful holiday, including;
Heated Pool, Spa / Hot Tub, Heated Children's Pool, Games Console,
Televisions in all Bedrooms, Video Players and DVD Players.
All bedding, Towels provided, Cot/Crib with bedding, Alarm clocks, Beach
towels, Highchair, Safe, Security System, Hairdryers, Golf clubs, Tennis
racquets, Telephones with free local calls, And lots more to make your
stay an enjoyable one!
Rates for Easter, July, August,
Christmas and New Year Bookings –
UKŁ660 / US$1155 per week including Tax, pool heating, Hot Tub Heating and
High Speed Internet Access.
Rates for the rest of the Year -
UKŁ625 / US$1085 per week including Tax, pool heating, Hot Tub Heating and
High Speed Internet Access.
