which converts in to a double bed suitable for two children. There is a separate
dining room and breakfast area. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons.
Dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker, waste disposal
etc etc. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Master bedroom has ensiute bathroom with twin sinks oversize tub and walk-in
shower. Two walk-in wardrobes and sliding doors which open onto the lanai and
pool. King-size bed cable TV and telephone.
Second bedroom has queen size double bed built in wardrobes cable TV. Third
bedroom has two single beds and built in wardrobes. Master bathroom is ensuite
to the master bedroom. Family bathroom has large vanity unit bath and shower and
is located between the second and third bedrooms. There is an additional
poolside bathroom.
Villa has a double garage with remote opening door. Villa is fully
air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in each room.
All bed linen towels and beach towels are provided.
Englewood beach at Manasota Key is approximately 10 minutes from the villa. It
has a wonderful white sandy beach. Stump Pass nature preserve and middle beach
at Paradise park are also within 10 minutes.
Boca Grande and Gasparilla Island beaches are about 20mins away. Jet-ski and
boat rental are available at Gasparilla marina as are deep sea fishing charters
in the Gulf of Mexico.
There are a number of excellent restaurants in particular 'Mad Sams' which has a
dining balcony with stunning views across Lemon Bay.
The Rotonda area is a golfers paradise with numerous championship golf courses
within a ten mile radius of the villa.
Heated pool overlooking a lake and golf course. South facing so gets the
sun all day. Very private not overlooked. Stunning sunsets from the pool and
lanai.
There is a large table and chair set on the lanai for outdoor dining and a gas
B-B-Q.
For the shopaholics Port Charlotte mall is approximately 20 minutes away. Disney
is 2.5 hours away.
