unit is breathtaking. Here, you have a front-row seat to enjoy the
sand, surf, and stunning sunrises. Sip a lazy cup of morning coffee
or settle into a lounge chair and let the ocean breezes cool you as
you escape into the pages of a great book.

An oversized sofa conceals a queen-size bed. The sophisticated
entertainment center (reflected in the mirrored wall) has cable TV,

The master suite has a
fun Oriental motif. Features: king-size bed, ceiling fan, dressing area,
walk-in closet, full bath. Lots of storage in custom-built nightstands and
triple dresser. Glass doors overlook balcony and bring light into the
space.
The guest room has twin beds, ceiling fan and an adjoining full bath. The
island-themed room has a view of the atrium waterfall.
Both bedrooms have cable TV, VCRs and DVD players.
Below, the private pool overlooks the beach. It is heated during cooler
months. No need to pack beach supplies – chairs, towels and toys can be
found in the condo.

There are also activities such as Deep Sea Fishing, shopping, & biking. New
Smyrna Beach is also located 1 hour from Disney World & all the other Orlando
attractions. Kennedy Space Center is located 45 minutes to the south & Daytona
Beach Speedway is located 20 minutes to the north.
