Hello, we are Carmen and David Abdo. We are very excited to offer you our luxurious ocean view home. Without question, our home will provide for you an exceptional vacation experience, while in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. It is situated approximately 100 steps from the ocean.

Our beach house is non-smoking and pet friendly.

As you enter, the soaring ceilings and picturesque windows compliment this spacious, tropical environment. The Turtle Beach Villa has approximately 1900 square feet of living area. The large windows allow an abundance of light. The view of the ocean from the living room, den, and kitchen are a constant reminder of the reason you chose to be this close to the ocean. This view lures you to venture down the sandy beach road to the dune crossing, less than a minute walk away.

The state-of-the-art Kitchen is spotless and beautiful. It also has a tray ceiling that is covered with a work of art that depicts the peaceful image of beach life. The pendant lighting shimmering across the shiny granite counter tops accentuates the open spacious design. The new stainless steel appliances add to the elegance of the fully equipped kitchen.

The décor of the home has an eclectic tropical feel with an elegant flair. By using island colors and wood tones we were able to create this tropical atmosphere. The recently remodeled home has upgraded porcelain tile floors. All the bathrooms were updated to compliment the new home decor. The furnishings are comfortable and functional. Since we are an interior design team, our home had to have a designer's flair for us to be able to enjoy it. We are delighted to welcome you to enjoy the ambiance of our home.

The 3 bedrooms, 2 baths are complimented with a convertible loft that has a queen size sleeper sofa. All our sheets are high thread count sheets. The master bedroom is large enough for a king size bed and enough floor space to place a queen size air mattress on the floor. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom/den has a king size trundle bed or separated into two twin beds. The glass enclosed Loft area has a leather queen size sleeper sofa. Every room can be closed for complete privacy. The ottoman in the main living area has a twin size pull out bed in it. This villa comfortably sleeps 8 people, or you could maximize the space with 10 –12 people.

As you can see, you only have to bring your clothes, personal toiletries, books, and any music cd's that you enjoy. Our property is centrally located with many restaurants less than a mile away. Publix grocery store and Walgreen’s drug and liquor store are half a mile away and many of the vacationing people choose to walk there for the convenience and the exercise.
