This permanently moored boat hosts from 1 to 5 guests, with the sleeping
accommodations described below.
The main salon aft cabin has two beds - one queen bed and a single daybed
(which is very comfortable for one full-sized adult) - with teak cabinets
and drawers for storage.
Entry to SeaClusion is pictured to the right. Please be sure that you are
able to walk up these stairs to make entry. No handicap access is
available.
As a SeaClusion guest, you enjoy all the amenities of nearby Casa de
Solana Bed and Breakfast Inn, where you will check in. Daily buffet
breakfast is served in the Inn’s dining room. Meet other guests at the
Inn’s evening social over hor d’oeurves and beverages. Learn about massage
service, swimming pool, wi-fi access and many other guest amenities. |

The spacious outer deck and bridge invite you to lounge. The views are
terrific in every direction, and you can just sit back and take in the
waterfront activity. Privacy is an unspoken courtesy of neighboring
boaters, or you can dive right into the social atmosphere of casual marina
living.

Your boat is moored at Slip 82 on the south concrete floating dock at St.
Augustine Municipal Marina – a safe, casual environment. The Marina is
home to a variety of water touring vessels, including a schooner, dolphin
watch expeditions, scenic tours and parasail. Marina facilities include a
store, Laundromat, ice machine, hand cart, and lockers. The Marina also
provides complimentary WI-FI internet access. |

The forward cabin is a cozy hideaway, with twin V-berth sleeping
accommodations. These beds are ideal for small adults and small teenage
children (sorry, children under age 12 are not allowed on Sea Clusion).
The boat has central air conditioning and heat for year round comfort.
Extra linens are provided and you can exchange your towels at your host
bed and breakfast.
Daily housekeeping service
is not provided on SeaClusion. |

There are two “heads” or bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with
shower/tub. (Since the boat is permanently moored and connected to
municipal services, water consumption and waste are not a concern for
guests.)
