occupies the entire second floor of the Mountcastles' building on 8th
Avenue, Pass-a-grille, St. Pete Beach. This unique home is bright and airy
with high ceilings and windows all around. Oriental rugs, wood floors,
antiques and folk art from most continents of the world add to the
ambience.

the building.

There is a large open deck on the north side. This deck overlooks an
enclosed Tropical Jasmine Garden with with a huge (8 ft diam) Jacuzzi Spa.

Historic 8th Avenue, once listed in Ripley's as the shortest main street
in America, has several very unique galleries and boutiques, including
Mountcastle International Trading, Co., Ltd. on the ground floor of the
Mountcastle building. The Merry Pier is at the east end of our block
offering fishing, tackle and bait, wave-runners, sunset cruises, deep sea
fishing trips, and a great! boat shuttle to Shell Island. Downtown St.
Petersburg is just 15 minutes away. Restaurants, Galleries, Boutiques, and
Shops on our block are listed below.

RATES & RESERVATIONS
TRADER'S HAVEN: $2400/Week
$2900 with Jacuzzi
8 Beds: 4 queen sized beds, 1 double bed & 3 futon double beds. This
property sleeps 16 in beds.
50% Reservation Deposit (in event of cancellation, the entire amount minus
10% administrative costs will be refunded when the unit is re-rented)
12% Local Lodgings Taxes
NO CLEANING FEE
SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED
$500 TRADER'S HAVEN
Security deposit is refunded a week after check-out date.
We prefer checks for the deposit and the full payment by check three weeks
before arrival. Please email Rosemary and John for instructions.
We can however accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex, via the secure online
reservation form on our websites (www.mountcastleproperties.com) and the
final payment three weeks before arrival via this same reservation form...
Reservations are available by the week, Saturday afternoon check in 3:00
pm Saturday morning check out 10:00 am
Our managers live nearby (just 4 minutes away) on St. Pete Beach and are
almost always available for advice and assistance.
