Cottage are the component parts of the Mountcastles' home.
Palms, bougainvillea, bananas, kapok, mahogany, sea grapes, giant ferns,
hibiscus and many other tropical plants add to the beauty, ambience and
privacy of this property.
A giant Jacuzzi (8ft diameter) with a waterfall, lighting and other
amenities is located under the bamboo and sea grapes between the main
house and the cottage.
This home is beautifully furnished and all amenities are provided. Great
seafood restaurants, boating, a deli, and shopping are all within easy
walking distance.......

Giant Jacuzzi: The Jacuzzi (8ft diameter) with a waterfall, lighting and
other amenities is located under the bamboo and sea grapes between the
main house and the cottage.
Computer: A computer with 'always on' cable internet connection and
wireless internet is provided. Cable tv's x 4, DVD and VHS players are
also provided for our guests' entertainment.
1/2 Block from the magnificent Pass-a-grille, Gulf of Mexico beach!

RATES
Rent: $3,600 per week
Taxes: 12% local lodgings tax.
Security deposit: $500 security deposit to be refunded.
Cleaning fee: None, included in weekly rental.
We prefer checks for the deposit and the full payment by check three weeks
before arrival. Please email Rosemary and John for instructions.
We can however accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex, via the secure online
reservation form on our websites (www.mountcastleproperties.com) and the
final payment three weeks before arrival via this same reservation form...
Reservations are available by the week, Saturday afternoon check in 3:00
pm Saturday morning check out 10:00 am
Our managers live nearby (just 4 minutes away) on St. Pete Beach and are
almost always available for advice and assistance.
