The large bedroom, which also overlooks the beach, is a soothing blue
color. It has a new queen bedroom suite with armoire, dresser with
large mirror, bedside tables with lamps, and an alarm clock/CD player.
A color TV sits atop the armoire. The large walk-in closet is
complete with a wire-shelf organizer system.
The oceanfront balcony has a screen that may be opened or closed, and
is furnished with tables and chairs . . . with a breathtaking view!
The front side of the unit provides a relaxing view of the Indian
River, intercoastal waterway, and (in the distance) the North Beach
drawbridge.
AMENITIES
External: Private screened balcony on oceanfront, heated pool,
tennis courts, sauna, shuffle board court, barbeque grills with
tables and chairs, reserved parking, guest parking, covered
entryway. Georgeous landscaping in front of and behind building,
surrounding fenced pool area, and on both sides of the private
boardwalk that leads directly to the beach.
Internal: Cleanliness with modern furnishings, tasteful artwork,
phone line, central heat and air, three televisions and other
electronics, washer/dryer access, full-size refrigerator with freezer
and ice maker, cookware, glassware, linens/towels, coffee maker,
blender, other small appliances, storage space. The building's main
lobby was recently renovated, with new tile floors and furnishings.
ACTIVITIES & ATTRACTIONS
The treasure coast is known for its beautiful, unspoiled beaches and
Hutchinson Island is one of the most impressive. With both the
Atlantic Ocean and the huge bay that forms part of the Intracoastal
Waterway, you’ll find every water activity from snorkeling to
sailing to shelling to surfing here. You can try jet skiing, fish
right on the beach, or just relax in the sunshine.
The area features more than 60 golf courses within an hour drive.
The Indian River area is also one of the finest saltwater fly
fishing destinations in the world. Enjoy bass fishing at Lake
Okeechobee, rated one of the best bass lakes in the country.
Great surf fishing for Bluefish, Pompano, Whiting, and Spanish will
keep you on the beach during the winter months. Rivers and bridges
will have all of the above plus Trout, Reds, Snook and more.
Enjoy area restaurants, nightclubs and shopping – from small beach
shops to three major shopping malls within a half hour drive.
Visit local museums and other tourist attractions, including the
Navy Seal Museum, the Elliot Museum, the Manatee Observation Area,
Bathtub Beach/Reef, and Ft. Pierce Jai Alai. The LA Dodgers (Vero
Beach) and NY Mets (St. Lucie West) Spring Training Camps are about a
30-minute drive. Minor league affiliates of both teams also play a
full season.
The attractions of West Palm Beach are within an hour away.
Disneyworld and other Orlando attractions are approximately 2 hours
northeast, and Miami and The Everglades are less than 2 hours south.
