The Bergins of Orlando Florida invite you to stay at their spacious 1200 square foot condo at Cedar Island Club on the beautiful south end of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This quiet respite features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a back porch with both windows and screens.

Located on the first floor this unit includes a private parking spot. Guests are free to use private boat ramp and dock a boat up to 20 ft. for up to 14 days at a time. The condo opens up right on the river and the ocean is just across the street about 300 yards away. River sunsets provide a "nightly" visual feast that you "cannot" get Oceanside.

Right out the back door you can fish for trout, redfish, catfish, ladyfish and a variety of pinfish. Crabbing and shrimping are also bountiful in season. Additionally, the river is a haven for manatees and dolphins that frolic year round and are routinely visible form the condo.
