Welcome to New Smyrna Beach, Sunrise Condominium, and the McNeese Condo! Sunrise is a 71-unit, well-maintained, oceanfront complex with a
dual-level covered parking garage; new elevators; tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts; seasonally heated pool; gas grills and family-friendly atmosphere.

New Smyrna Beach, with its 13 miles of pristine white sugar sand, is one of the most beautiful and relaxing beaches in Florida where you can experience

This condo includes a free private high-speed wireless Internet connection (Laptop needed), central HVAC, enhanced cable TV, VCR/DVD, full kitchen, linens, full-sized washer & dryer, iron/ironing board, and beach chairs. There are phones in each bedroom and the kitchen, with free phone service throughout the US including Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico. There is crown molding and baseboards, new electrical switches and receptacles, and the entire condo has been painted and redecorated recently.

A shopping center that includes a large grocery, restaurants and novelty shops is only a short walk away.

 

 
The Y-shaped heated pool has just been renovated and has a large paved deck that overlooks the beach and ocean. There are numerous lounge
chairs, tables and chairs. Swim in the pool, relax with your favorite book, meet your friends, play with your children, or just enjoy the sun.
You can walk directly from the pool area to the beach.
 

 
The large entrance foyer, furnished with a glass-top writing desk, leads directly to the open-floor-plan living and dining areas. The entire unit
has clean, cool tile floors. Three sliding glass doors on the east and south sides of the living room open to the large wrap-around balcony that is well equipped
with deck furniture and provides a full view of the pool, beach, and ocean. The southern exposure of the living room and master bedroom balconies provides
sunny warmth and gives protection from northeast winds in the winter but offers relaxing shade in the summer.

Located on the no-drive beach, this condo provides stunning, unobstructed views of the beach, pool, and ocean from the living room,
dining room, and kitchen. From the living/dining area and balcony experience spectacular sunrises and impressive views of pelicans and gulls
soaring by the building, dolphins swimming just off the beach, migrating right whales in the spring, shore birds and sea turtle nests on the beach. The north window in the
living room provides an unobstructed view up the beach. Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the ocean with its balmy breezes, breaking surf and moonlit nights.
 

 

The living area features comfortable sofas, two coffee tables, a recliner and remote-controlled ceiling fans/lights. The entertainment center has
a remote controlled TV and VCR/DVD/CD player. There is a formal glass-top dining table with six parson chairs. A full-size rollaway
bed can be used in the living room.
 

 

Six people can be seated at the formal glass-top dining table, six in the breakfast area that has matching chairs and étagère, and two at the kitchen bar.

Completely remodeled, the gourmet kitchen features new glazed maple cabinets, beautiful granite counter tops and bar, dual under-mount sink, all new appliances
including over-the-stove microwave, two levels of under-cabinet lighting, and three types of adjustable-level ceiling lighting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances, cookware, and utensils as well as dinner and glassware for all your entertaining and cooking needs.
 

 

The spacious master suite features a king-size bed with custom-made bedding with matching valance and bench, mirrored triple dresser, nightstands,
TV with remote, remote-controlled ceiling fan/light, and chair that converts to a single bed.

A sliding glass door opens to a large covered balcony complete with comfortable chairs, ottoman and tables. The southern exposure provides sunny warmth
and protection from northeast winds in the winter while offering relaxing shade in the summer. Enjoy early morning coffee from the master
bedroom balcony, or a late afternoon/evening glass of wine.

There is a new vanity with granite countertops, under-mount sinks and chrome faucets in the master bath area.

 

 

The master bath includes a separate dressing area with double vanity sinks, oversized shower with new tile and frameless glass doors, and a large walk-in closet.
 

 

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and matching night table, dresser and armoire, chair, TV with remote, remote-controlled ceiling fan/light, Roman shade, and large mirrored closet.

The third bedroom has twin beds and matching night table and dresser, chair, TV with remote, remote-controlled ceiling fan/light, Roman shade, and large mirrored closet.
 

 

The second and third bedrooms have their own adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combination. There is a new vanity with granite countertop, under-mount sinks and chrome faucets. The tile above the tub has just been replaced.

The condo is fully equipped with high-thread-count linens and quality towels.

The laundry room is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. There are also beach umbrellas, chairs, and toys.
