The master bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom is ensuite.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and can be converted to 1 king
size bed. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed.
We provide all linens and have plenty of new beach towels. Seating
for 4 at the kitchen bar, and seating for 4-6 at dining area.
We are located on a NON-DRIVING section of the beach at the southern
end of
New Smyrna Beach.
The unit is DIRECT OCEANFRONT on the 4TH FLOOR (we have elevators).
The perfect height to enjoy the view of breaking waves without the
nuisance of biting gnats you may experience on the 1st or 2nd floor.
The complex is securely gated and underwent a total renovation
approximately 2 years ago. The pool is heated and we have two
lighted tennis courts.

For your recreation pleasure, we offer shuffle board complete with
equipment, paddle ball, tennis
rackets, boogie boards, fishing tackle (poles, casting net, bucket)
and other miscellaneous beach
toys. We keep RECLINING BEACH CHAIRS and a collapsible BEACH BUGGY
to easily transport items down to the beach. |
